  As bus stations go, it's a station and has buses. Pretty good in my books
  
  The place does look good since they refurbished it, but the seats can only be called such as there's no better word for the thin piece of plastic you keep sliding off. Also, the shelters could be a bit better. They're only partially enclosed and the wind doesn't half catch them sometimes
  
  Lastly, none of the nice new flashy service update signs work

  For a multi-million pound company I expect that to have decent service and bus shelters. The bus shelters shelter you from the rain but do not shelter you from the cold.
  
  Arriva is the dominant bus service in wales, with no competition Arriva can get away with sky-high prices and poor service.
